LB Processors Although we started out as emu farmers in 1992, we found our niche in the Emu oil market by becoming emu oil processors.
Over the years we have grown from processing oil in our kitchen to a 30X60 foot plant that is state approved for edible oil production. All our equipment is high grade stainless steel to meet all federal requirements. We have the capacity to render 220 gallons of emu fat a day. We have developed a system to render the fat naturally into oil without separation. The final process is performed by AC Humko, a company with over 100 years in experience working with edible oils.

Paul has been active in the AEA for several years and was instrumental in developing the trade rules and the oil certification program. Katy serves on various committees on a state level and is very active also. While we specialize in bulk orders of emu oil at wholesale pricing, we also market emu eggs, emu oil and products.
